Collection & Delivery Service



		Our Collection and Delivery Service operates within our opening hours of 9.30 am to 3 pm from Monday to Friday

		Occasionally we can do Saturday mornings, but there may be a small surcharge for this service.

Our Collection and Delivery Van

Please telephone or email us with the full address from where you would like collection/delivery, and we can give you a price.

If your cat/s is/are nervous in any way during transportation, please ensure they are fed conservatively at least 3 – 4 hours before collection, so as to avoid any sickness during their travelling. We want them to arrive here feeling as well as possible!

If you have an AM pick up we can always feed them an hour after they arrive to give their tummies time to settle down.

Please line their travelling carrier if you are supplying your own with clean newspaper to absorb any accidents. Some cats can get very upset at their coats getting wet with urine during their journey - this ensures they arrive here as happy as possible.

Please have ready when we arrive the following:

Your cat/s up to date Innoculation Certificates

Any favourite blanket/bed they like to sleep on

We can take scratching posts if they like to use one

Any favourite toys they have fun playing with

Any other items you feel will personalize their pen for

them whilst boarding here and make them

feel as much at home as you can.

All these items will obviously be returned with delivery home of your cat/s
